A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required and will be applied to the total price of your session.

For every 4 property shoots completed, you will earn a $25 coupon towards your next shoot. This cannot be applied towards your deposit and is not stackable. It can be used towards a shoot with a referral discount. Coupons expire after 3 months.

Do a listing tour! Unlike the property listing video, this will feature YOU. You will take on a creative virtual tour of the home in a way that matches your branding. This is a great way to pique interest in the property and ALSO pique interest in YOU as an agent. This video is usually about 2-3 minutes of you speaking to the camera, walking around the property, and b-roll of the home itself. $200 add on, $325 stand alone

Establish yourself as the local expert with community video. Like the listing tour, this features YOU talking about the community. Pick a topic and share your knowledge with the audience. This is great for showing off your favorite pizza restaurant, highlighting something to do with kids, or bringing attention to an up and coming neighborhood. Prices start at $300.
